INTRODUCTION
CARNOM Training Consultants was founded by Carmen Wilson-George (CF) and Nomsa Machika (BF)in 2006. We are a 100% BEE women owned company which sees the merger of two partners from diverse educational and corporate backgrounds which enhances the solutions we offer our clients in comparison to our competitors.
Nomsa Machika has a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from Wits Technikon. She has extensive experience in Customer Services within the Telecommunications industry having worked for MTN Group SA in both leadership positions and as a quality specialist. She has been a regional board member and deputy president of the Call Centre Professional Body.
Carmen Wilson-George has a B-Tech Degree in Public Management from Technikon SA and a M:Dip in HR Management from RAU. Her experience further includes Human Resources and Development in both the Consulting and Telecommunications industries. She has fulfilled the roles of HR and Development Practioner; Trainer and Training Manager within these sectors - having worked for Accenture; Ernst and Young; MTN; iTalk Cellular and Suncoast Casino (Tsogo Sun).
CARNOM Training Consultants works in partnership with Associates who have extensive Training/Facilitation experience within their area of speciality and they share the same commitment and passion for the development; and motivation of people as we do.
